  • Raised $3M in private funding helping drive more than $78M in development projects
  • Assisted developer successfully built and sold 104 town homes and 9 single family houses in LMI neighborhoods within 36 months
  • Facilitated a real estate transaction for turning a vacant library into multiple retail stores and led to development of additional 148 rooms limited service hotel

  • Fiscal/lead agency for 5 Mutual Aid Associations (MAAs) - Uptown/Edgewater Multi Culture Youth – multiple years grant given by Chicago Community Trust to provide after school programs for HS youth
