This job is responsible for strategic vision, long term planning, direction, and overall accountability for division-wide functions. Provides leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, and evaluation activities of all areas of responsibility. Ensures the fiscal integrity and operational excellence of the division. Supports and is a champion in carrying out organizational goals and strategic initiatives to all areas of responsibility. Demonstrates dedication and passion for the system, its mission, its people, and its patients. Establishes an environment that encourages service excellence and cooperative collaboration both internally and externally. Contributes to carrying out the organization's mission by serving as a role model for all leaders. Serves as a role model for industry and future strategy. Ensures financial stability. Has administrative responsibility for the employed physicians in this region.

Education

Required - Master's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field


Work Experience
Required - 10 years experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient care delivery


Certifications

Required - FACHE
