Healthcare Organizations Executive

Job Description

WittKieffer is honored to partner with The Partnership for Maternal Child Health of Northern New Jersey (PMCH) in the recruitment of its next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established and trusted organization that seeks a passionate, mission-driven, and experienced CEO who has a track record of successful nonprofit/public health leadership.

The next CEO will be charged with leading a mature not for profit organization that makes a great impact and a positive difference for the health and wellbeing of the women and families living in northern New Jersey. Never before has there been a more critical inflection point than now, during this COVID-19 pandemic, to reach out and meet the needs of at-risk, underserved women, infants, children, and families. PMCH is well-positioned in northern New Jersey to continue to deliver and expand its programs and services in order to serve its targeted populations.

PMCH was created through the merger of three Maternal Child Health Consortia in 2002. PMCH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the health of high-risk populations – vulnerable women, infants, and children. PMCH is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health as a maternal-child health consortium to coordinate and support maternal-child health care in an eight-county region in Northern New Jersey. All providers of inpatient obstetric care and outpatient services to pregnant women or pediatric patients in this region are required to be formal members of PMCH. PMCH’s Board of Trustees includes an equal number of member hospitals, non-hospital healthcare providers, and consumers.

The successful candidate will be a visionary, collaborative and mission-oriented leader with a balance of business, management, public health, and political skills and a successful track record of overseeing public health/maternal and child health programs.
