National Charter Collaborative (NCC) is a nonprofit organization focused on increasing the diversity and performance of the nation’s charter school sector by supporting the success of single-site schools led by leaders of color who represent an estimated 16% of all charter schools serving over 250,000 students across the country. NCC’s network includes 450 charter school leaders of color representing 25 states and the District of Columbia. NCC invites nominations and applications for the position of inaugural Chief Executive Officer (CEO). NCC seeks an exceptional leader who is deeply committed to providing an equitable high-quality education to all students, particularly Black, Brown, and Indigenous students.
